T'ana's diverse and tough upbringing in San Bernardino, California, has tremendous influence on her as a writer and director. She often pursues stories about heartbreak, tragedy, redemption, and socioeconomic issues. Her intention is to present inspirational dramas about love, loss, and cultural suppression.

Set in the 90's, five San Bernardino women maintain their childhood bond in spite of fame, tragedy, poverty, and the decline of love in their own homes. Through monologues, spoken word, music and humorous dialogue, the women highlight the plight and prominence they've experienced.
This full length play tells the story of five ghetto girls that either embrace, or outgrow, their stereotypical upbringing. Giving up is not a common thread between them, but when tragic circumstances strike, generational beliefs are called into question.
